Wolven Of the Dark

The mist shrouded the pack, the caves' depths even carried the mist. This was when Azeri lifted her pinnaes, the sound of howls filled the air. The Stars were hunting, she hoped they would not trespass further. Her ghostly coat shimmered as she appeared from the cave, her white coat glistening like a thousand diamonds. Her paws trod the ground beneath her, keeping a close eye towards the other caves, inspecting the mouth of the cave with each glance. Wrapped in the moon's light she pressed on, not caring about the stranded deer that lay around her like moths drawn to a flame. The dawn was slowly approaching, the Stars were drifting back to their lands, and a new day was beginning.
